North Memorial Health in Maple Grove is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Center. The ICU RN will provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care, monitor complex patients, and collaborate with Respiratory, Cardiology, and nursing teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), current MN RN licensure, ACLS, and at least 1 year of ICU hospital experience.

Formación

• Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting ICU required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to handle high-stress situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to critical changes with appropriate interventions.
• Administer high-risk medications and manage invasive lines and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Document care accurately according to hospital policies and standards.
