Job summary

Soliant Health in Montana is seeking an ICU RN for a contract, full-time assignment in a high-acuity intensive care unit. You will deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill patients and collaborate with physicians, specialists and the care team to optimize outcomes.

Required ACLS and BLS, active ICU experience, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly in evolving situations. Housing and meals allowances may apply for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Recent experience in an ICU setting required.
• Advanced critical care assessment and intervention skills.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (active).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt rapidly in complex, evolving situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit.
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions to interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications, treatments, and manage ventilators and other complex equipment.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide clear, thorough patient education and support to families.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
