ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit in Flagstaff, Arizona on a 13‑week contract. The position is Day Shift, with 3x12 hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, caring for a diverse ICU patient population.

The ICU has 40 beds and uses Cerner for documentation. Responsibilities include managing dysrhythmias, titrating cardiac drips, ventilated patient care, and collaborating with IV Teams, Physical Therapy and Rapid Response Teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
• Experience with cardiac drips (excluding vasopressors) required.
• Competence in management and interpretation of dysrhythmias

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive ICU patient care.
• Monitor and manage cardiac drips and ventilator settings.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management.
• Assist with difficult IV placements with the support of a VAT team.
