Job summary

Oak Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU with float capability to the ER in Oakdale, CA. You will deliver high-quality critical care to critically ill patients and collaborate with the trauma team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an active California RN license, 2–3 years ICU/ER experience, and ACLS/BLS certification; ADN is acceptable, BSN preferred, CCRN/PALS are a plus, with full-time day shift in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license or compact license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in critical care, with strong ICU and ER exposure.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• CCRN and/or PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and, as needed, in the ER.
• Handle complex patient care situations with a collaborative healthcare team.
• Perform duties under the direction of the Charge Nurse and ensure patient safety and comfort.
