Job summary

Kindred Hospital Chicago - North is seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide advanced critical care in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on assessment, planning, and data-driven care for severely ill patients within the ICU.

You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. You will continuously monitor patient status, administer therapies per ICU protocol, document in the EMR, and participate in discharge planning and patient

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current state licensure as RN with BCLS and ACLS.
• Minimum one year of Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to critically ill patients using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in coordination with patient and family.
• Administer medications following the seven rights of med administration.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies per ICU policy.
• Document assessments and care plans in the electronic medical record.
