BJC HealthCare is seeking an RN for a Community Based Hospital in Alton, Illinois. The role involves direct patient care, assessment, planning, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree commonly required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

• Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develops and documents individual care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Communicates plan of care across the continuum of care.
