Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent required.
• Licensed/registered respiratory therapist in the respective state.
• Experience in ICU or critical care environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor ICU patients with respiratory conditions.
• Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation and life-support.
• Administer aerosol meds and oxygen therapy per prescriptions.
• Perform ABG analysis and pulmonary testing to assess lung function.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies with airway management as needed.
• Document treatments and progress in patient records.
