Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, goal-directed patient care under general supervision. The RN will deliver safe and effective care, utilizing nursing processes and collaborating with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements include an associate degree in nursing, SC RN licensure (or compact state), BLS, and ACLS. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure as a registered nurse by SC Board of Nursing or compact state.
• Current BLS required (AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR/AED).
• ACLS is required.
