Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a professional acute care environment supporting critically ill patients.

Ideal candidates are dependable, clinically confident, and experienced in providing high-quality critical care nursing services. The role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of ICU

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• Ability to perform required job duties in a fast-paced acute care environment

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
