Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in the ICU, following the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with other providers and educating patients and families to prevent complications.

Responsibilities include documenting data, planning care, and teaching self-care, with emphasis on safety and patient-centered care under C-I-CARE.

Qualifications

• RN must graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must have current CA RN license.
• Must have American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
