Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital - Davis in Utah seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to support patient care as part of a mission-driven team. You will assess needs, plan and implement nursing care, perform procedures, document outcomes, and educate patients and families within the Nursing Practice Act and hospital standards.

Relocation assistance up to $8,000 is offered for eligible new hires. An Associate Degree in Nursing and an active RN license in Utah are required; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required or Nursing Diploma.
• RN license in state of employment (Utah).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care with the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement the patient plan of care.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as listed (IVs, wound care, catheterization, specimens).
• Document patient status and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patient and family and support informed decision-making.

Education

Associates Degree in Nursing

RN License in Utah
