HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the ICU. This role focuses on critical care and patient-centered care within a fast-paced environment. The schedule is full time, 36 hours per week, nights from 7pm to 7am, with every third weekend.

Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $55.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Licensure in Wisconsin is required; BLS is mandatory, ACLS/PALS/NRP as appropriate, and BSN is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensure eligible.
• Wisconsin RN license required; multi-state license acceptable per compact.
• BSN preferred.
• Critical Care experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by unit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in a busy ICU.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and allied health staff.
• Maintain shift routines: 36 hours/week, Nights (7p–7a), every third weekend.
