Job summary

Advocate Health's ICU at Atrium Health Cabarrus seeks an experienced RN for 12-hour night shifts in a 40-bed unit. This full-time role (36 hours/week) includes on-call time and a collaborative, high-acuity environment focused on safe, high-quality patient care.

You’ll participate in rounds and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program, a valid NC RN license, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license valid in the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Candidate must have at least 6 months of nursing experience; not for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team during rounds to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
