Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional health.
• Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies; monitor responses.
• Develop and implement care plans for critically ill patients.
• Monitor vital signs and life-support interventions.
• Document nursing assessments and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment processes.
• Participate in unit meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
