Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital in Chelsea, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit, night shift, full-time. You will deliver patient-centered care for critically ill adults, using the nursing process and relationship-based care while supporting daily operations in a six-bed ICU.

The role requires a Michigan nursing license, an accredited nursing degree, and BSN within five years (or commitment).

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN required within five years or plan to obtain it; Canadian nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient-centered care in ICU, considering age, development, culture and spiritual needs.
• Apply nursing process and relationship-based care; serve as clinical/educational resource for the unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
