Job summary
ADP, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team in Menifee, CA for full-time night shifts (12-hour). The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians, monitor outcomes, and support quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN, California RN license, BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience for specialty units; new graduates are welcome on non-specialty units.
Qualifications
- ADN or RN program completion required.
- BSN preferred.
- CA RN license required.
- BLS required.
- ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on unit.
- 1 year acute care experience for specialty units; new grads welcome on non-specialty units.
- Knowledge of Nursing Practice Act and regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care per hospital policies.
- Monitor patient progress and document findings in EMR.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
- Adhere to safety, infection control and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and staff training.
- Float to units based on patient care needs.
