Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer, monitor and document therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team and patient/family.
• Educate patient and family regarding disease process, care needs, safety, and wellness.
