Ascension in Indianapolis is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in the ICU/Medical unit at St Vincent Hospital. You’ll perform advanced clinical procedures, monitor critically ill patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Indiana RN license, BLS within 30 days, and ACLS preferred. The unit comprises 32 beds with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license in Indiana required prior to hire date.
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date required.
• ACLS/Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical procedures in ICU settings (CRRT, ECMO, hypothermia/hyperthermia protocols, Level one rapid transfuser, Swan, Stroke).
• Translate complex medical plans into clear, compassionate language as Clinical Liaison.
• Engage in effective team collaboration, including rapid response and initiative participation.
• You will be working in a high-acuity, 32-bed unit with a 2:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio.
