Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with UHS core values at Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals. The RN will work under supervision, ensure timely treatments, manage invasive lines and drains, and participate in continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• One year ICU experience required.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) Certification, ACLS (AHA) Certification, NIH Stroke Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care with assessments, treatment and care on assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains across the continuum of care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies while upholding core values.
