Qualifications

• NH RN license is required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing from an approved program.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of start date.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking, leadership, and planning in directing and providing nursing care.
• Provide therapeutic and administrative services for patient care in accordance with policies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy while informing patients of their rights.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff and supervise as needed.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure safe, timely patient care and treatment orders.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education.
