Job summary

MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore seeks experienced registered nurses to fill full‑time and part‑time ICU roles. The 42‑bed unit includes 15 neurological critical care beds and serves a wide patient population across medical, respiratory, cardiac, renal, GI and surgical services.

As a Clinical Nurse you will assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and coordinate with the nursing team to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support required (AHA/Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across routine to complex needs.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop care plans.
• Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated with the nursing team.
