Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) in clinical care using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care aligned with population characteristics and cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families, using appropriate methods to support goals of care (bedside rounds, teaching, updates).
• Maintains current clinical practice standards and ensures safe, high-quality care.
