StaffDNA® is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) role in a hospital setting in Santa Fe, NM. Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their critical needs.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians while closely monitoring patient responses.
• Operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex medical conditions.
• Educate families on treatment plans and offer emotional support during challenging situations.
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.
