Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent ICU acute care experience required.
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification (AHA) within 6 months of hire.
• PALS certification or instructor within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive assessment data pertinent to patients' condition.
• Utilize strong clinical judgment to provide safe, effective patient care.
• Monitor and respond to critical changes in patient status.
• Advocate for patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and procedures.
• Support patients and families throughout their stay.
