Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Lung Rescue ICU to provide clinical leadership at the bedside for high-acuity pulmonary and critical care patients. You will coordinate complex care to support quality outcomes.

You will mentor nursing staff, communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and compassionate patient experience aligned with our mission-driven approach.
