Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Texas RN license, and a current BLS certification. BSN is preferred, with additional certifications as required by the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Texas RN license in current good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional certifications as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with patients and families.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process.
• Supervise other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote age/developmentally appropriate care per unit standards.
