Job summary

Reston Hospital Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients. You will perform comprehensive assessments, medication administration, ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring, and participate in rapid responses as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred.
• Experience in ICU or critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
• Monitor ventilator status and hemodynamics as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care planning.
