Rosaires Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU Resource Team in Texas. The role focuses on expert critical care support across multiple ICUs, with responsibilities including advanced assessments, ventilator management, and IV drips, ensuring rapid response to emergencies and high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will have current RN licensure and strong ICU experience, with excellent communication and teamwork to coordinate care with physicians and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong ICU/critical care nursing experience and clinical judgment.
• Proficiency with ventilators and hemodynamic/infusion management.
• Ability to work flexibly across units while maintaining high standards of care.

• Conduct advanced patient assessments and monitor rapidly changing conditions.
• Manage and troubleshoot ventilator therapy.
• Administer and titrate IV drips per clinical needs.

Perform advanced assessments, manage ventilators and IV drips, and respond promptly to clinical emergencies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, patient-focused care and support continuity across units.
