Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care and education in a part-time, PRN/supplemental capacity. The RN will support professional practice, lead care activities, and participate in quality improvement while maintaining strong communication with patients and families.

Successful candidates will hold an RN license, have strong critical thinking and teamwork skills, and be flexible with hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• RN license required; state-specific licensure as applicable.
• One year RN experience or one year LPN at Mayo Clinic preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, flexibility and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care and patient education across the care continuum.
• Lead planning, implementation, evaluation and communication of care.
• Mentor team members and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Provide leadership through formal or informal roles and committees.
• May require driving personal vehicle as part of the role.
