Qualifications

• Assist Registered Nurse in providing direct patient care on a designated nursing unit.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and uphold patient safety standards.
• Perform basic nursing tasks and data collection as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor patient status as assigned.
• Perform delegated tasks within defined directions and report observations to RN.
• Collect data (height, weight, vitals) and document accurately on forms.
