Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant/Unit Secretary for 24 hours per week on day shifts (7am-7pm). The role provides patient care support and unit maintenance under supervision, with benefit eligibility.

The Intensive Care Unit is a 16-bed unit offering critical care to adults. Prior CNA experience is preferred; a high school diploma is acceptable or CNA may be preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Provider is required.
• Previous Nursing Assistant experience is required.
• High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated patient care tasks under nurse supervision on a shift.
• Assist with routine non-patient care unit tasks as directed.
