You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team, perform nursing assessments, educate patients, and document care while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The role supports ongoing development and flexible leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice.
• Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients, according to nursing skills and patient age.
• Coordinates planning for nursing care with interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with and may delegate to the healthcare team to achieve outcomes based on data and standards.
• Coordinates discharge and transfer plans for patients.
• Participates in program evaluation, process improvement, and client-centered outcomes.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
