Job summary

The role leads a high-acuity 28-bed unit, partnering with an Assistant Nurse Manager, and supports a patient-centered nursing program at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance.

The position requires a California RN license, BLS, NN R when applicable, and a strong track record in critical care leadership with at least 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or in progress.
• California RN License required on hire.
• BLS certification on hire.
• 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for high quality nursing care delivery across units.
• Manage administrative duties for 2+ nursing units.
• Lead clinical teams and coordinate patient care.
• Ensure adherence to Magnet standards and patient safety.
