Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Diploma is required.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience with data entry and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the Nursing Process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates and manages nursing team resources on the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Utilizes data and information to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Supports patient satisfaction and staff morale while adhering to standards and compliance.
• Other related duties as required.
