The role requires active Maryland RN licensure or eligibility, BLS, and strong communication. You will be supervised by an RN, perform routine nursing duties, and contribute to patient safety and unit

Competenze

• Maryland RN licensure or eligibility to practice.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Less than 12 months nursing experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver direct patient care and support the nursing process on the assigned unit.
• Assist the Registered Nurse with patient assessment and monitoring.
• Document patient information and care in the medical record.
• Administer medications under direct supervision.
• Perform CPR and follow infection control guidelines.
• Support unit operations and patient safety per policy.
