Diversity Group is recruiting a licensed Registered Nurse for a VA hospital position eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP). The role emphasizes high-quality patient care and adherence to VA nursing standards, with potential loan repayment based on approval and service period.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by accreditation bodies.
Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the United States or territory.
English language proficiency as required by 38 U.S.C. 7403(f).
State license eligible/active depending on bridge program requirements for nursing education.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates integration of biopsychosocial concepts and clinically competent nursing care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on patient age-specific needs.
Coordinate patient education, self-management, and care continuity across the continuum.
Administer medications and procedures per established policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to influence care outcomes.
