Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced ICU Nurse for PRN shifts with partner hospitals. You will provide high-acuity bedside care, monitor complex patients, titrate drips, manage ventilators, and respond to rapid changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 2+ years ICU/critical care experience.
• Ability to titrate drips and manage ventilators.
• Strong documentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status and titrate medications and vents as ordered.
