Job summary

Main Line Health in Ardmore is seeking a Physician - ICU Nocturnist Hospitalist for full-time overnight coverage at Lankenau Medical Center. This role includes managing ICU admissions and collaborating with Internal Medicine teams. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, are Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and have strong critical care skills. The position offers a 7 on / 7 off schedule and a comprehensive benefits package, emphasizing academic and procedural education.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in academic medicine and resident education.
• Prior hospitalist or ICU experience preferred.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.
• DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house overnight ICU physician coverage.
• Manage ICU admissions and urgent clinical situations.
• Lead and respond to Codes and Rapid Responses.
• Provide bedside teaching and supervision to residents.
