Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, a Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license, and BLS certification. Prior critical care experience is required, and the hospital offers comprehensive benefits and strong support

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification is required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Previous critical care experience required.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Staff nurse functions within organizational policies and procedures and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
• Staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice and coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in quality nursing care.
