Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the ICU.

• Develops and documents plans of care with defined goals with the interprofessional team.
• Communicates the plan of care across the continuum of care.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness.
