Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the United States.
• BSN degree or equivalent.
• Minimum experience in ICU or critical care setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients continuously, recognizing and responding promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced life-support equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors).
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide compassionate communication and support to patients and families, explaining care procedures.
