Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse for ICU coverage in Fort Smith, AR. The role involves night shifts, 12-hour hours, and requires 2+ years of ICU experience with a focus on medical, neuro, and cardiovascular surgery patients.

Candidates should have CRRT, vents, and hemodynamics experience, and be prepared to float to Med Surg and Stepdown units. CCRN/SCRN and open-heart experience are preferred; CCRN or SCRN not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of ICU nursing experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• RN license required to practice in the state.
• Medication and math competency test with a passing grade of 90%; retake allowed once.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting for medical, neuro, and cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Float between Med Surg and Stepdown units as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and uphold a culture of safety and excellent service.
