Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and develop an individualized care plan with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating and delegating tasks to the care team while managing resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed to achieve goals.
• Promote professionalism, comply with regulatory standards, and maintain accurate documentation.
