Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the ICU team. You will deliver safe patient care using the nursing process, monitor hemodynamics, and collaborate with physicians to respond to changes in condition.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS within hire; Critical Care training is a plus. BSN preferred and CCRN experience favored. This full-time night-shift position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• Critical Care Course preferred.
• Basic ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Minimum of one year as staff RN in acute care hospital; CCU/Critical Care preferred.
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within ICU scope and guide patient/family teaching.
• Direct and coordinate care with nursing personnel and communicate with physicians.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and treatment response.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
