Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night ICU position. The RN will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include documentation, patient education, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree, RN licensure, at least one year of ICU/PCU experience, and ACLS/BLS certifications or the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current credentials.
• At least 1 year of ICU or PCU experience.
• ACLS required within 60 days of start date.
• BLS/CPR required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Document care in patient records.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with care team to develop individualized plans.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
