Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in AZ or a compact state.
• AHA Basic Life Support - CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective nursing care to achieve health outcomes for the patient.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with patient needs and comfort.
• Demonstrates accountability for ethical behavior and escalates issues when needed.
• Advocates for patients through holistic care practices.
• Recognizes and responds to changes in patient condition in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Uses SBAR to notify physicians and other providers of clinical findings and performs bedside nurse-to-nurse reports.
