Tenet Healthcare's Saint Francis Hospital Memphis invites newly licensed RNs to join the New Graduate RN Residency Program. You will participate in an immersive, mentored experience designed to build a strong clinical foundation and confidence as you begin your nursing career.

As a resident, you will receive hands-on preceptorship, NCLEX prep support, and opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduating within 6 months or RN licensure within the last 6 months.
• Recent acute care experience preferred.
• NCLEX prep and reimbursement provided.

Preferred: Bachelors or Master;s degree in Nursing
