Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, promoting patient safety, and ensuring accurate documentation. Required ACLS/BLS and an RN license (single state or compact) with a nursing degree at least an associate level or diploma; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required on hire.
• RN license valid in single state or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, assesses, and plans patient care as part of the care team.
• Delivers safe, evidence-based nursing care per hospital policies.
• Collaborates with providers and staff to coordinate patient flow.
• Maintains thorough documentation of assessments and care delivered.
