The RN will provide patient- and family-centered care, supervise other caregivers, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures during night shifts. Responsibilities include applying critical nursing standards, administering medications, documenting care, and participating in continuous quality improvement while maintaining a healing environment for patients,

Qualificações

• Current Oregon RN license.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• BSN preferred or higher education as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and needs using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Administer medications accurately and document care in the EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient and family needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other caregivers during the shift.
