Job summary

UF Health is seeking a full-time Critical Care RN for Durbin Park Hospital in Gainesville, FL. You will deliver evidence-based intensive care, manage complex medications and devices, and respond rapidly to patient status changes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support patients and families through education and advocacy, and uphold safety and quality standards in a supportive, research‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or multi-state license with Florida endorsement.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in high-acuity or ICU setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based critical care to high-acuity patients.
• Administer high-risk medications and manage complex devices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
